Questions

Fast, honest answers to what I hear most.

If yours isn't here, just ask. I'd rather tell you straight than have you guess.

The process

How long does an assessment take?

The first call is usually fifteen minutes or less. That's enough for me to understand your business and flag which areas are worth a closer look. From there the heavy lifting is on my side. Your total time across the whole engagement is only a few hours.

What do I need to provide?

After our first call, I'll ask for a few recent invoices or contracts for the areas we're reviewing. That's it: no big prep, and no new project for your team. Usually within a few business days I'll come back with what I found and what it's worth.

Do I have to switch vendors or providers?

No. In almost every case you keep the vendors and systems you already use. The goal is to stop the overpayment, not disrupt how you run. If a change ever makes sense, it's your call, and I'll show you exactly why.

The services

Isn't this something my CPA or CFO already handles?

Your CPA and CFO are good at what they do. But these are specialized, category-by-category audits that take dedicated focus and insider benchmark data most finance teams don't have time to build. I'm not replacing your team. I'm bringing in specialists who do nothing but this, and handing your team a result they can act on.

How do you get paid?

On contingency. I'm paid from a share of the savings I actually find and deliver. There's nothing upfront, and no fee if I don't find anything. My incentives only work when yours do. That's the whole model, and I like it that way: it keeps me honest and keeps the risk off you.

The results

Will my business actually qualify for savings?

Most do, in one area or another. I won't promise a number before I've looked, because that's not how I work. But a short conversation is usually enough to tell whether there's something here worth pursuing, and if there isn't, I'll tell you that too.

Are the savings one-time or ongoing?

Both, depending on the service. Recovering an overcharge or a tax credit can be a one-time win. Renegotiating a recurring cost keeps paying you back month after month, for as long as you're using that service.

What's the catch?

Honestly, there isn't one, and I know that's exactly what someone with a catch would say. So here's the plain version: if I find savings and you approve them, we share them for a set period. If I don't, you owe nothing, and you've had an expert set of eyes on your costs for free.

No upfront cost. No obligation. Just clarity and, most of the time, savings.
